Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash and slice the purple cabbage;

Step 2: put the purple cabbage into the cooking machine, pour in a bowl of cold boiled water, smash and filter the juice;

Step 3: pour 1 tbsp white vinegar into the purple cabbage juice, and the color will turn pink instantly

Step 4: wash the lotus root, peel it, slice it, rinse it with clean water, then let it boil and take it out for use;

Note: color is not enough powder, may be high concentration of purple cabbage juice, vinegar a little less.
