Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: Chop garlic, chop chives, cut cabbage into sections and set aside.
Step 2: cut pork into thin slices, add a little soy sauce and starch, and set aside.
Step 3: add proper amount of oil in the pot, pour the cold oil into the minced garlic in the cold pot, and fry the minced garlic with medium and small torch until fragrant.
Step 4: deep fry until the color changes slightly.
Step 5: pour into a waterless container for later use.
Step 6: before frying the garlic, put the boiled water into the pan and cook the dough until soft and well done. (I ordered 4 people)
Step 7: take out the noodles and put them in a bowl.
Step 8: keep the noodle soup, add cabbage and sliced meat and cook over high heat.
Step 9: take out the cabbage and meat slices and stack them in a bowl.
