Braised noodles with beans
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials.
Step 2: after cleaning the beans, tear off the stems at both ends, and then break them into 4-5cm long segments. Pork slices.
Step 3: put a few pieces of fat into the pot and stir until the oil comes out.
Step 4: add lean meat slices, ginger slices, garlic stir fry.
Step 5: add raw soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar stir fry seasoning, and then add beans stir well.
Step 6: add water without beans.
Step 7: cover and simmer over medium heat until the soup is boiled. Pour the excess soup into a soup bowl and set aside.
Step 8: spread the fresh noodles evenly on the beans, and evenly drizzle with the soup just poured out.
Cover with chopsticks and simmer the noodles until dry.

Note: because it's for children, there's no pepper. If you like spicy food, you can add some. Fresh noodles must be used for noodles. I use noodles pressed by my own noodle machine. It tastes delicious.
