Introduction:
"With the advent of the rainy season, a large number of chicken fir fungi have come into the market, from the initial 150 yuan per kilogram to 50 yuan per kilogram. In the cheap season, one or two bottles of chicken fir oil should be made quickly to keep for later mixing cold dishes or cooking noodles. Chicken fir fungi are the top grade in the mushroom cluster. The chicken fir oil is a very famous snack in Yunnan. It is made by washing the fresh chicken fir fungus, tearing it into small strips, then adding Chinese prickly ash and dried pepper to the oil in the big pot, and then squeezing the water out of the chicken fir. Production steps:
Step 1: use a knife to remove the soil from the root of the fir and wash it with clean water.
Step 2: put the washed chicken fir into the sieve to drain the water.
Step 3: tear the drained chicken fir into small pieces by hand.
Step 4: heat up the frying pan, pour in the oil and heat it up. Add more oil.
Step 5: fry the chicken fir fungus.
Step 6: prepare some pepper, Chinese prickly ash, garlic and sesame.
Step 7: deep fry the chicken fir with water until it is half dry, then add appropriate amount of salt.
Step 8: add garlic and continue to fry.
Step 9: after the water of the chicken fir is fried and dried, add the pepper and pepper segments to fry the flavor.
Step 10: mix the sesame seeds and turn off the fire. Fry the sesame seeds with the remaining temperature to make them fragrant. After cooling, put them into a glass bottle and eat them slowly.
