Tea flavored beef and radish rolls

Tea flavored beef and radish rolls

Introduction:

"Every time I eat beef and radish, I don't stew them. These two kinds of eating methods are both greasy and not sweet. I happened to see my friend eating roast meat with lettuce rolls. Why can't I eat beef with radish rolls? I tried it once and added oolong tea powder to make it taste really good."

Production steps:

Step 1: all ingredients: beef, radish, oolong tea powder, black pepper

Step 2: Chop minced beef, add salt, black pepper, oil and cornmeal, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Step 3: peel and slice the radish (if the knife work is not enough, it is not even enough)

Step 4: put water in the pot and open it. Put the turnip slices in the pot and add a little salt

Step 5: take out the radish with good water and put it in cold water (it can also taste crisp)

Step 6: take out the cooled radish and drain it

Step 7: lay the turnip on the chopping board, roll up the minced beef.

Step 8: This is the finished product.

Step 9: put it into the steamer and cover it when the air comes out. (this is for fear of too much water)

Step 10: add oolong tea powder into the wet starch and mix well.

Step 11: oil the frying pan, add minced garlic and stir until fragrant, then add wet starch to stir up the juice, turn off the heat.

Step 12: pour the juice of the hook into the beef turnip roll. The whole process is over.
