Fried Tofu with chopped pepper
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: a piece of lactone tofu (400g), cut four small holes in the bottom of the tofu box, gently pat out the tofu, and evenly cut into pieces

Note: lactone tofu is very tender, so you can use a small spoon when you take it out of the egg liquid (choose the thin side of the spoon, such as flat stainless steel spoon)
