Roasted spareribs with garlic
Introduction:
"Last time I went to the farm to have a special dish. The local style of roast ribs is really good. I still miss the taste when I come back, but it's too far away to go there. It's unrealistic to go there every time I want to eat. I'd better do it by myself. If I have an oven at home, I think it's better to roast the ribs. I didn't expect it would taste really good."
Production steps:
Step 1: cut the ginger and garlic into slices, cut the scallion into sections and set aside, wash the spareribs, drain the water, find a clean basin and prepare to marinate the spareribs
The second step: add onion, ginger and garlic into the pot, oil, soy sauce, salt and Baijiu, gently mix the seasoning and chops with your hands.
Step 3: seal it with plastic wrap for several hours to make it easy to taste (at least 2 hours is recommended)
Step 4: place the marinated spareribs on a tin foil covered baking tray
Step 5: sprinkle a little spice powder, black pepper and cumin
Step 6: put into the preheated oven, heat 180 degrees up and down, bake for about 40 minutes (bake for about 20 minutes, turn the ribs upside down and sprinkle some pepper)
Step 7: after baking for 40 minutes, adjust the heat to 150 ℃ and bake for 10 minutes
Step 8: the delicious roast spareribs will come out
