Homemade cherry wine: an attempt of fun and superfluous taste
Introduction:
"I made bayberry wine once before, but generally speaking, it ended in failure. The taste of Erguotou was too prominent, which covered the sweetness it should have. Just this time I bought some cherries and decided to make them again. This time, a bottle of sake and a bottle of Erguotou are added. Just compare them and see how they taste. "
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the cherry with clean water and let it dry
Step 2: put the dried cherries into a sealed jar, put a layer of cherries and a layer of rock sugar, and so on (if you want to be more spicy, you can add more rock sugar)
The third step Baijiu, pour the right amount of liquor, to cover the cherry, I choose the Luzhou Star Erguotou.
Step 4: finally, cover it and keep it in a dense place (drink it in about a month)
Materials required:
Cherry: moderate
Rock sugar: right amount
Erguotou: right amount
Sake: moderate
Precautions: 1. The sealed bottle must be clean. After washing, rinse the bottle with a little sorghum wine. 2. Don't take off the handle when washing the cherry, and then pull it out when bottling, so as to ensure that the cherry is clean and avoid impurities entering during cleaning. 3. Add a preservative film between the bottle and the lid to ensure the sealing performance. 4. Shake it every few days, so that it can taste good
