Production steps:
Step 1: wash the pork sausage with flour and water, and wash the inside. Soak the pork liver and sausage in ginger water several times (change the water halfway), wash the lean meat, wash the wolfberry leaves and drain.
Step 2: cut the powder soup into sections, and slice the lean meat and pig liver.
Step 3: marinate pig liver with cooking wine and a small amount of soy sauce and starch.
Step 4: pour water into the pot, bring to a boil, better with soup.
Step 5: when boiling water, marinate lean meat with a little oil and soy sauce.
Step 6: add sausage and ginger into boiling water and cook together.
Step 7: add lean meat and cook for about 10 minutes. Add pig liver when it is almost cooked.
Step 8: add appropriate amount of salt, oil and chicken essence for seasoning, add Lycium barbarum leaves before boiling, soak slightly, turn off the fire, sprinkle with scallion and serve.
