Braised Pork Trotter with Soya Sauce

Braised Pork Trotter with Soya Sauce

Introduction:

"I like this dish very much. Pig's hoof is rich in collagen, and it's not greasy at all. It's very successful in the first time. In the second time, it's a lot of sugar, and it's very sweet. I've gained weight because I stopped eating it. I haven't cooked this dish for 2 years. On father's day, my father came to me and wanted to make some dishes he didn't often eat. Finally, it was very successful. When my father ate it, I asked him if he was good He said it was delicious, and the taste was good. When he finished eating, I asked him how it tasted. He said yes, is this cooked food bought outside? Ha ha ~ ~ I'm so excited. Continue to carry forward, my husband let my family guests remember to cook this dish. "Hey, hey"

Production steps:

Step 1: take out the pig's hoof after flying in water and rinse it with cold water

Step 2: cut ginger and garlic, wash chili and marinade (I forgot to shoot here)

Step 3: add proper amount of sugar after putting the oil in the pot, and slowly cook over low heat until all the sugar turns into white bubbles. If you want to change the color of soy sauce, copy the color of pig's feet in the pot.

Step 4: stir fry the pig's trotters until they are colored, then add the marinade, pepper and soy sauce, and add a little salt (in fact, if you want to eat nutrition, you'd better add salt at the end, but I'm afraid it won't taste like salt at the end)

Step 5: stir fry well and add water to the rice cooker. The water just submerges the pig's hoof. Simmer for 1-2 hours to see the hardness of the food.

Step 6: after 1.30 hours, the water has been dried, add some salt and simmer for a while.

Step 7: the stewed pig's feet with perfect color, fragrance and taste are out of the oven!
