Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials. Wash the beans well.

Step 2: cut the beans into about 1cm cubes.

Step 3: scallion and ginger pan

Step 4: add diced beans

Step 5: add a small amount of soy sauce, a bag of soy sauce 150g, stir fry until fragrant.

Step 6: add appropriate amount of water, no beans can be.

Step 7: stew until the beans are ripe and the soup becomes thick. Add MSG to taste.

Northeast soybean paste: right amount

Soy sauce: right amount

Scallion: right amount

Ginger: right amount

MSG: right amount

Thirteen spices: appropriate amount

Note: I use Northeast soybean sauce, no sweet taste. Because it will be salty enough, you don't need salt.
