Stewed tofu with Korean flavor
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash a box of hard tofu and cut into 1cm thick pieces. Pour the oil into the frying pan, pick up the pan and turn it around to let the oil run on the side of the pan. Code in the tofu, cover the lid, and clip the spatula between the lid and the pan, leaving a seam. Fire in the middle.
Step 2: mix seasoning, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp sesame seed, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp Korean chili sauce, garlic and diced red onion.
Step 3: fried tofu on both sides
Step 4: spoon the seasoning onto each piece of tofu, cover it, turn it down and simmer for 3-4 minutes, turn it over and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5: finally open the fire to collect the juice, put it on the plate.
