Production steps:

Step 1: wash the chopped ribs and soak them in cold water. Change the water several times to soak the blood out of the ribs.

This balsam pear is not so bitter. 3. Momordica charantia is not suitable for people with deficiency of spleen and stomach and pregnant women. 4.
