Production steps:
Step 1: wash the foie gras and marinate for two to three hours.
Step 2: put water into the pot to boil, add foie gras, add appropriate amount of sugar, 20ml wine, simmer slowly for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and keep it stuffy for 10 minutes. Goose liver should not be cooked too long, otherwise it will age easily
Step 3: cooked foie gras, take out and air.
Step 4: cut the cooled foie gras into small pieces and put them on a plate. Taste dishes: green mustard, Meiji fresh soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and sugar. (when children eat it, don't put mustard on it.)

When the weather is hot, take out the foie gras and put it in the refrigerator for ice. It tastes better when you cut it. 3. Wine can be changed into brandy or truffle, without which cooking wine can be used, with slightly different taste.
