Production steps:

Step 1: soften the butter, add sugar and salt and beat until light

Step 2: pour in the eggs and stir until completely mixed

Step 3: add the black tea powder in the bag and stir with vanilla essence

Step 4: sift in the low gluten flour and cheese powder, mix well with a rubber scraper

Step 5: put the mixed dough on the chopping board, knead the dough into a long cylindrical strip by hand, wrap it with plastic film, and freeze for 1 hour until hard

Step 6: cut the frozen dough strip into 0.6cm thick biscuits

Step 7: arrange on the baking tray

Step 8: bake in a preheated oven at 150 ℃ for about 10 minutes

Low gluten flour: 95g

Butter: 65g

Black tea bag: 1 bag

Cheese powder: 25g

Fine granulated sugar: 50g

Salt: 0.5g

Egg liquid: 20g

Vanilla extract: 2G

Note: A: when the egg liquid is added into the butter paste, it should be well mixed without oil-water separation. B: if the mixed batter is too sticky and soft, it can be rounded first and then wrapped with preservative film. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to make it solidify, and then proceed to the next step
