Grouper with cashew nuts

Introduction:

Cashew nut: 60g

Cucumber: 80g

Scallion: 10g

Garlic: 5g

Salt: 5g

Baijiu: 5ml

Starch: a little

Chicken powder: 2G

Starch: appropriate amount

Olive oil: 30ml

Note: grouper skin gum content is very rich, do not remove when processing, fried with meat. Stir fry with high heat.
