Grouper with cashew nuts
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: remove the scales and internal organs of grouper.
Step 2: take out a piece of meat from the fish.

Cashew nut: 60g
Cucumber: 80g
Scallion: 10g
Ginger: 5g
Garlic: 5g
Salt: 5g
Baijiu: 5ml
Starch: a little
Chicken powder: 2G
Starch: appropriate amount
Olive oil: 30ml
Note: grouper skin gum content is very rich, do not remove when processing, fried with meat. Stir fry with high heat.
