Production steps:
Step 1: Yuqian appropriate, to pedicle, sprinkle some salt, soak in water.
Step 2: add proper amount of flour into the drained yuqian'er.
Step 3: stir evenly with chopsticks, and let each piece of Yuqian be covered with flour.
Step 4: add water to the steamer, lay oil paper or clean cloth on the steamer clip, and put Yuqian on it.
Step 5: open the lid of the pot, sprinkle some salt, add some cooking oil and mix well.
