Dried bean curd with sausage
Introduction:
"It's simple, convenient and fast. It's especially suitable for two people. My lazy pig loves to eat ~ ~"
Production steps:
Step 1: slice a piece of sausage (I steamed it with rice in advance, so the rice also has meat flavor)
Step 2: cut the dried bean into pieces (it can also be replaced by other bean products)
Step 3: right amount of hot pepper in rice wine (according to personal preference) (made by one of my best friends) (can also be replaced by chopped hot pepper)
Step 4: stir fry the scallion first, then stir fry the sausage slices for a while, add a little homemade wine (you can also use cooking wine instead)
Step 5: add dried beans, rice wine and pepper to stir fry. When the strong wine flavor comes out, you can get out of the pot
Materials required:
Sausage: one
Dried bean curd: moderate
Rice wine hot pepper: right amount
Note: I steamed the sausage first (or fried it raw) (you can buy it in the supermarket). P.S. reported for the first time, but didn't record the production process. Alas ~ ~ ~ (I will remember it next time)
Production difficulty: simple
Technology: stir fry
Production time: 10 minutes
Taste: slightly spicy
