Chongqing red hot pepper oil

Introduction:

"Chongqing people love spicy food, and many dishes in their life can't do without spicy oil. A large bottle made by ourselves is put in the refrigerator, which is convenient to eat and use as you like. It's much more fragrant than any spicy sauce or chili oil bought outside."

Production steps:

Step 1: raw material picture: the little red pepper has been soaked in the pickle jar for two days, so it won't be dry and spicy; the homemade spicy powder is made of dried pepper and dried Chinese prickly ash after they are fried and then powdered. (the dried pepper and dried Chinese prickly ash listed in the raw material are made by me when I make boiled fish. One is to save waste, and the other is that it tastes very good and can be omitted.)

Step 2: add some Pixian Douban to the little red pepper and beat it into chili sauce with a juicer

Step 3: put the chili sauce into a large bowl

Fourth step: stick the rapeseed oil in the pan, add a little pepper oil and sesame oil. When the foam is completely removed, cool down and not smoke.

Step 5: pour in some oil and stir

Step 6: add spicy powder and stir

Step 7: add some more oil and stir

Step 8: add onion, ginger, garlic, white sesame, peanuts, stir

Step 9: add part of the oil and stir. Finally, add the boiled fish and the remaining mashed spicy powder. Pour all the oil in the pan, stir, add salt, cool and smell
