Egg: 1

Green pepper: 1

Scallion: right amount

Coriander: moderate

Lettuce: moderate

Bean paste: right amount

MSG: right amount

Note: 1. To make this, you can use egg paste like I do, or you can only fry the sauce with oil, but the taste is not as good as the former. Mashed potatoes are essential. It's a good way to make a meal. Rice should be heated in advance, preferably overnight.
