Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: Please wash your hands when making tiramisu. Ingredients: make coffee first, 1 cup (240ml)

Step 19: in another waterless mixing bowl, add 30 grams of protein and a little salt

Step 20: get rid of it

Step 21: beat the protein into a three-dimensional shape to form a soft foam (the protein stands up) and put it aside

Step 22: add whipped cream and protein to the mascarpone bowl

Step 23: mix well and set aside

Step 24: Decoration step: quickly turn the finger cake in the coffee wine and take it out (don't soak it too long and it will soften)

Step 25: put it on the bottom of the cup

Step 26: put in step 23 and sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Step 27: continue steps 24-26 until full.

Step 28: 90% success at last. Put the prepared tiramisu in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours or overnight.

Step 29: take it out of the refrigerator after a few hours, put a little cocoa powder on the surface and make it edible.
