Production steps:
Step 1: turn the tofu box upside down on the chopping board and cut the corners.
Step 2: cut off the top plastic with scissors.
Step 3: gently remove the plastic from the tofu.
Step 4: cover it with a plate.
Step 5: turn over the tofu box and plate, tear off the film on it, push the tofu out of the box and cut it into four pieces.
Step 6: wash shallots and cut into sections.
Step 7: peel the shell of the preserved egg and cut it into four pieces.
Step 8: put salt, sugar, oyster sauce and mature vinegar into a small bowl, add a little pure water to mix well into juice, drop sesame oil and mix well.
Step 9: cut the red pepper into pieces and remove the seeds.
Step 10: put the preserved egg on the tofu.
Step 11: drizzle with appropriate amount of mixed juice.
Step 12: Sprinkle with meat floss, shallot and red pepper.
