Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: 1. Soak gilding tablets in cold water

Step 2: 2. Mix almond powder with water

Step 3: 3. Heat and soak in the water until the gelatine dissolves. Pour in the milk and heat until it boils slightly

Step 4: 4. Pour in the almond paste, mix well, bring to a boil, then add the rock sugar, cook until the rock sugar melts, turn off the heat.

Step 5: 5. Put it in a suitable container (it's better to lay a layer of preservative film inside the container to facilitate demoulding)

Step 6: 6. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies. Pour it out and cut it into small pieces. Take appropriate amount of sweet scented osmanthus and honey, mix it with cold water and pour it on the almond tofu

Materials required:

Almond powder: 50g

Milk: 200g

Rock sugar: 30g

Gilding tablets: 15g

Water: 400g

Sweet scented osmanthus: appropriate amount

Honey: right amount

Note: water 400G (200g pickled gelatin tablets, 200g pickled almond powder)
