Dried Chiba bean curd

Dried Chiba bean curd

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: there will be many small holes after the tofu is frozen. It tastes delicious. The picture shows the small squares cut after the frozen tofu is thawed

Step 2: the dried Chiba bean curd in the restaurant I have eaten is fried frozen bean curd. But what I make is fried bean curd, which tastes a little bad, but not so much oil: (1) remove the pepper particles with fried pepper, and fry bean curd with some pepper oil. Fry until both sides are golden yellow. Don't forget to sprinkle salt when frying bean curd

Step 3: after the bean curd is fried, put in the right amount of pepper oil, put in the cut garlic, scallion, carrot, garlic seedling, sweet pepper, stir fry, add salt and pepper. Finally, add the fried bean curd, put on the Douban chili sauce. (I use my own Douban sauce, so the Douban is black:). Finally, add in the right amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce
