Production steps:
Step 1: soften the butter and mix with 125 grams of powdered sugar
Step 2: beat eggs into egg liquid. Add 3 / 5 egg liquid, salt and condensed milk into whipped butter and beat well
Step 3: add the flour and soda together with the beaten butter to neutralize
Step 4: divide the dough into two parts, add cocoa powder to one part, and continue to mix well. Refrigerate the dough for half an hour
Step 5: take out the dough, roll it flat, press out the shape with the mold, and use the egg liquid left as the adhesive
Step 6: Brush egg liquid on the surface, heat 180, heat 150, bake in the middle for 10 minutes

Cocoa powder: 20g

Powdered sugar: 150g
Salt free butter: 250g
Low gluten flour: 500g
Salt: 5g
Note: the dough with cocoa powder is slightly more than the white dough. I'll weigh 950g of the dough and add cocoa powder in 500g.
