I'm not hungry in vain! "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients and wash the meat
Step 2: cut the meat into pieces of about 5mm, and the final thickness is determined by the cutter~
Step 3: cut the potatoes into large pieces, ginger slices, scallion cut into small sections, garlic cut into powder. If you only eat meat, you can omit this potato
Step 4: add three spoons of cooking wine, two spoons of soy sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of salt, one spoonful of chicken essence and a little pepper
Step 5: stir well and marinate for at least one hour
Step 6: after marinating, put a little oil in the pot, add all the marinated pork and stir fry
Step 7: stir fry for four or five minutes, and the meat changes color as shown in the picture
Step 8: take out the meat, pour in two-thirds of the steamed meat and rice noodles, and stir well
Step 9: stir the remaining rice noodles and potatoes evenly. Potatoes don't need to be salted
Step 10: put the meat and potatoes in a bowl, whatever you like. This one is concave~
Step 11: steam in a steamer for an hour
Step 12: waiting for super hungry, out of the pot! Finally, we can eat~
Materials required:
Pork with skin: 400g
Potatoes: 2
Scallion: right amount
Ginger: right amount
Garlic: right amount
Rice noodles: one pack
Cooking wine: 3 teaspoons

Note: 1. I used about half of such a streaky pork, three people can't finish. 2. It's OK to steam directly after marinating, so the steaming time needs to be longer, and it's more fragrant and tasty after frying. 3. If you want to eat quickly, you can use a pressure cooker instead of a steamer. This will take about 20 minutes. I originally wanted to do this, but as a result, the shape of the bowl was all set up. The bowl was too big to put in the pressure cooker with a handle. I really fainted.. 4. It's better to cover the bowl. If it's not covered, wrap a piece of fresh-keeping film. Otherwise, the steamed bowl is full of soup.
