Note: * when stir frying chives, don't use too much heat to avoid paste. **When mixing pimples, the water should flow slowly, and then stir quickly, the flour will appear small pimples instead of forming a group. **The amount of water can be adjusted according to their own preferences. Parents who like to be thick can reduce the amount of water or increase flour. **Dough lumps can be cooked more, in order to avoid not cooked.
