Stir fried tofu with Scallion

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: cut tofu into cubes.

Step 2: blanch the tofu in boiling water to remove the beany smell.

Step 3: Chop ginger and garlic, cut scallion into sections and set aside.

Step 4: heat up the frying pan, pour in the cooking oil, heat up, and stir in ginger and garlic.

Step 6: stir fry tofu.

Step 7: stir in soy sauce, soy sauce and chicken essence

Step 8: add the scallion and stir fry for two times.

Flour paste: right amount

Chopped pepper: right amount

Soy sauce: moderate

Note: flour sauce, chopped pepper and soy sauce all contain salt, so those with light taste need not put salt. Of course, if you have heavy taste, you can put a small amount of salt according to your own taste.
