Braised fish balls with radish

Introduction:

"Stewed fish balls with radish is a very family style way. Don't look less at the common ingredients like radish and mud carp. They taste delicious when combined. Try them and make sure they won't be wrong."

Production steps:

Step 1: radish, mud carp, shrimp, scallion, coriander, Ronghua sausage

Step 2: cut radish into small pieces, chop green onion and coriander (leave some for serving), and dice shrimps and ronghua sausage

Step 3: add all the chopped ingredients and seasonings (except raw meal) to the mud carp meat and marinate for 10 minutes

Step 4: add the raw powder, mix well, and drop all the materials until they are elastic
