Chocolate protein biscuit

Chocolate protein biscuit

Introduction:

"I've been thinking about how to solve the problem of protein and chocolate at the same time. Mr. Meng's chocolate protein biscuit obviously meets my requirements. Although these two are not the main ingredients, they can take both into account after all. It looks good, but why did my pattern disappear

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the dry ingredients

Step 2: soften the butter and pour into a large bowl with the powdered sugar

Step 3: mix well with a rubber scraper

Step 4: beat with egg beater until loose

Step 5: add protein in batches

Step 6: make a uniform paste

Step 7: mix flour, baking powder and corn starch, sift into butter paste

Step 8: mix well

Step 9: load the decoration bag

Step 10: extrude 5cm strips in the baking pan

Step 11: put in the oven, 170 degrees, middle layer, heat up and down, bake for 20 minutes, and then simmer for 5 minutes

Step 12: put out the oven to cool in golden yellow
