Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the materials listed above. Prepare a large bowl at the same time. (except for the skin, other ingredients can be put as you like.)
Step 2: in addition to the dumpling skin, squeeze out the water from the leaves of Chinese cabbage with salt. Cut up the fungus and tofu. Old tofu may be crushed by hand to bond other ingredients.
Step 3: mix all seasonings except salt. Put into the chopped ingredients, mix well, and wrap into the dumpling skin.
