Stir fried balsam pear with black bean sauce
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: slice balsam pear.
Step 2: remove the flesh of balsam pear and soak it in light salt water for five minutes.
Step 3: cut the dried red pepper into sections, chop the Douchi and set aside.
Step 4: put a small amount of oil in the pot and saute red pepper.
