Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: cut the Pleurotus eryngii into strips.

Step 2: put sesame oil in the pot, stir fry ginger slices, garlic slices and dried red pepper until fragrant, and pour in apricot mushroom.

Step 3: stir fry until the Pleurotus eryngii turns yellow and soft.
