Delicious home brewed pineapple wine
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: peel the pineapple, wash it and drizzle it with water. Cut into small pieces with a knife.
Step 2: put the pineapple pieces into the cooking machine and break them. Remember that the whole process is done without oil.
Step 3: wash the storage tank with clean water and dry it for later use.
Step 4: mix the smashed pineapple puree with two-thirds of the white granulated sugar and put it into the storage tank. Then cover the pineapple puree with the remaining sugar
Step 5: don't fill the pineapple puree too much, just fill it at 70 or 80 points. The fermentation process produces gas, and small bubbles can be seen in the bottle.
Step 6: when the room temperature is about 27 degrees, open the lid for ventilation every day. Fermentation for 20 days. Then filter out the pineapple dregs with a filter cloth.
Step 7: put the brewed pineapple wine into the bottle and seal it well. After 2-3 months, the pure pineapple wine can be drunk. Feel alcohol degree is very high!!!
