Braised noodles with cowpea ribs
Introduction:
"There were two pieces of fried spareribs left in the dinner. The next day, I made stewed noodles with cowpea spareribs for my husband for breakfast. There were vegetables, meat and staple food in one pot. I killed two birds with one stone by eliminating the leftovers."
Production steps:
Step 1: remove the fried ribs from the refrigerator and cut the cowpeas into small pieces.
Step 2: take the noodles out of the refrigerator.
Step 3: put a small amount of oil in the pot, saute garlic slices, add cowpea and stir fry until well done.
Step 4: add appropriate amount of water, spareribs and salt and bring to a boil.
Step 5: put in the noodles.
Step 6: boil over high heat until the soup is almost finished, and the noodles are cooked and soft.
