Introduction:

"A very simple way to make fish is to stew and cook fish with Korean soybean sauce. You don't need to marinate in advance or fry it in oil. You can eat fish with strong sauce flavor when it's easy to be stuffy."

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the Spanish mackerel by removing the dirt and scales.

Step 2: prepare scallion and Korean soybean paste.

Step 3: put proper amount of oil in the pot and stir fry soybean paste until fragrant.

Step 4: stir fry the scallion until fragrant.

Step 5: put in the fish.

Step 6: add water.

Step 7: bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat and simmer until the soup is thick and the fish tastes good.

Step 8: after the pot loaded plate, garnish with coriander.

Spanish mackerel: 500g

Scallion: right amount

Coriander leaves: moderate

Korean soybean paste: right amount

Note: because Korean soybean paste already has salt flavor, so do not put salt.
