Steamed bread with milk

Introduction:

"It's made for my husband on Valentine's day. It's milk flavored. It's beautiful when it's shaped. It's cracked after steaming, but my husband says it's delicious, sweet and delicate."

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare ingredients: pure milk, flour, yeast

Step 2: mix sugar with flour, melt yeast with warm water, pour into flour, then add milk, stir into flocculent, knead with hands, do not stick basin and hands

Step 3: knead the plastic film on the back cover and ferment it to twice the size of the original surface
