Step 5: neutralize a spoonful of oil into the egg yolk paste and stir well
Step 6: add 50g self-made cake powder into the egg yolk paste
Step 7: appropriate amount of coconut powder (I added about 20g), stir into a paste, and set aside
Step 8: take two-thirds of the egg white and add it into the yolk batter twice. Cut and mix evenly after adding each time
Step 9: then pour the egg yolk batter into the remaining third of the egg white, cut and mix well
Step 10: take a clean container, oil the inner wall, and pour the cake paste into the container.)
Step 11: put the cake paste into the steamer, steam it for 20min, turn off the heat and simmer for 5min, and then get out of the steamer
