Production steps:
Step 1: put the materials other than butter into the mixing barrel and knead for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: add 15 grams of butter and continue kneading for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4: after kneading for 30-40 minutes, the film can be pulled out.
Step 5: round the dough and put it into a container for basic fermentation. Now it's not easy to make noodles in winter. Put a bowl of hot water in the oven to keep the oven in a hot and humid environment of 30 degrees and ferment for about 1 hour.
Step 6: fermentation to 2-3 times the size, the middle hole, do not immediately rebound, retract, that is, fermentation.
