Homemade ketchup
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash all the ingredients and dice the onion and garlic.
Step 2: mash the tomatoes with a blender.
Step 3: add butter, onion and garlic in a hot pan and stir fry for about one minute.
Step 4: put the smashed tomatoes, cook for 20 minutes, add salt and sugar
Step 5: if there is too much water, turn on the heat, collect the water molecules, put the cheese slice and black pepper powder.
Step 6: cool and can. If you want to taste stronger, you can add some bottled ketchup, not too much.

Salt: right amount
Sugar: one teaspoon
Note: I mainly use it to make pizza this time, so I can do it well. Thyme is recommended in many places, but my family doesn't accept the taste, so they use black pepper powder instead. Noodles, bread and pizza sauce are first-class.
