Vegetable Dumpling
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: appropriate amount of cabbage
Step 2: pork in moderation
Step 3: a little celery
Step 4: flour and clear noodles (adding clear noodles can make the dough more tough and elastic. Can be added or not according to personal taste)
Step 5: chop vegetables (I use cabbage here, any vegetable can be used. Last time I used taro. It's very delicious. The cabbage is light this time.)
Step 6: pour in flour and clear noodles
Step 7: add boiling water to start mixing noodles, and add water at the same time. Prevent too much or too little water, too much can add a little flour
Step 8: knead into dough and set aside
Step 9: chop the pork into mud. If it's too troublesome, just use the meat grinder to grind it
Step 10: mix pork, cabbage, celery, salt and monosodium glutamate together
Step 11: take a little dough and rub it into strips, then grab a small ball and roll it into dumpling skin (because I don't have a rolling pin, I just found a bottle, the effect is the same)
Step 12: start to make dumplings, according to personal preferences into the right amount of stuffing, I made a big spoon full, so eat more full
Step 13: prepare the steaming board and boil water while wrapping
Step 14: the water boils and begins to steam
Step 15: to judge whether the dumplings are raw or cooked, you only need to see that the surface of the dumpling skin is reflective or transparent. So the dumplings can come out of the pot
Step 16: the light is a little yellow, the steamed dumpling skin is very transparent and chewy because of the clear noodles.
