Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the carrots, slice them, put them on a plate, steam them in a steamer, and beat them into carrot paste with a blender.

Step 2: the yeast is boiled with warm water, divided into two parts, mixed with carrot dough and white dough respectively, put into the basin, cover well, put in a warm place for fermentation.

Step 3: fully knead the two kinds of fermented dough and roll them into pieces of the same size.

Step 4: fold the carrot slices on top of the white slices. Roll up from below. Cut into 2-3cm segments.

Step 5: use the scraper to press one in the middle of the dough block.

Step 6: lengthen both sides of the dough.

Step 7: press both ends under the dough and shape.

Step 8: put the green body into the pot for 30 minutes, steam for 15 minutes and turn off the fire. After 3 minutes, open the lid and take out the steamed bread.
