Delicious stewed meat with plum vegetables

Front hip tip: 500g

Dried vegetables: 60g

Eggs: 3

Scallion: right amount

Ginger slices: right amount

Note: 1. I suggest to choose front hip tip instead of streaky pork, now streaky pork is too fat, not as good as front hip tip, cheap and delicious. 2.
