Sauce flavored spareribs
Introduction:
"I found that cooking is always changing. Just like solving a math problem, the formula is the same. It depends on which formula combination you use, and this combination is the seasoning we use. Ha ha, I don't know if this metaphor is right. This sauce flavored spareribs is made by me after many seasonings matching experiments. It's very simple and easy to learn. I hope you like it. "
Production steps:
Step 1: chop and wash the ribs;
Step 2: put proper amount of water into the pot, add the ribs and bring to a boil for 3 minutes, then blanch the blood;
Step 3: take out the spareribs and drain the water;
Step 4: mix all ingredients together, mix well and reserve;
Step 5: pour proper amount of oil into the pot and heat it to 60%. Stir fry the spareribs to make them evenly covered with oil;
Step 6: pour in the seasoning prepared in advance, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to a small heat, cover the pot for about 30 minutes, open the lid and stir once during this time, so as to make the ribs taste and color evenly;
Step 7: cook until the juice is collected, turn off the heat and leave the pot. If you feel that it is not salty enough, add salt to taste.
Step 8: finished product figure 1
