Step 4: 4. Put in the toast mold (try to brush a layer of oil first), cover it, and send it to the same level as the toast mold (if you like flat toast, you can send it to 8 points full). Brush the egg water. (you can also brush the milk)
Step 5: 5.180 degrees for 10 minutes. Color and tin foil on the back cover, 150 degrees for 25 minutes. (toast with cover 170 degrees for 30 minutes)

Note: 1, because the formula of milk powder and yolk content is more, baking time and temperature should be adjusted according to their own oven. 2, I used 30g butter, and because there is light cream at home, so instead of fresh milk, it is best to add 90g fresh milk, knead dough to see the degree of dryness and wetness, then add fresh milk, according to my practice, add 150g fresh milk.
