Production steps:

Step 1: a little hen less than 3 kg (preferably without laying eggs, not fat or thin) should be washed and drained without any other operation

Red wine: 10g

Note: 1: each brand of raw soy sauce salinity is not the same, please pay attention not to put salty. If the taste is not enough, add a little salt when cooking.
