Sugar cane, pear, Lily and lung moistening syrup
Introduction:
"For the first time! Now in this weather, my throat is always itchy, dry and coughing, so I want to cook some sugar water to moisten my lungs. I wonder if my collocation is reasonable. Which master can give me some advice? "
Production steps:
Step 1: 1. Peel and cut the sugarcane into small pieces
Step 2: 2. Soak and wash tremella, and pick it into small flower.
Step 3: 3. Clean the fresh lily.
Step 4: 4. Cut the pear into small pieces by peeling and rolling.
Step 5: 5. 60 g rock sugar.
Step 6: 6. A handful of medlar.
Step 7: 7. Add all the ingredients except step 6 and step 3 into the pot, add 1500 grams of water, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, cook for 50 minutes, add Lily and wolfberry, and cook for another 15 minutes. Because I put sugar cane, so rock sugar only put 60 grams. Rock sugar is really heavy, just a little bit in the bowl is 60 grams. If you want more sweetness, add more sugar or sugar cane.
Materials required:
Sugarcane: 500g
Tremella: about 20 grams, half a piece
Pear: one, about 350 grams
Fresh lily: one, about 50g
Wolfberry: a handful, two grains
Rock sugar: 60g
Note: Tremella buy yellow, generally not smoked. It's very white after soaking in water, and there's a little yellow at the bottom, so cut it off with scissors. Lily with fresh lily, dry products and afraid to buy smoked, and fresh lily taste good, lily is easy to mature, so put later, wolfberry is used to match color, otherwise all white, not good-looking. Originally, I put a persimmon cut into watermelon shape when I cooked it. Later, when I ate it, the persimmon was so astringent that I picked it out and threw it away. I can see the picture of cooking, because it is wrong to put persimmon, so there is no picture of not putting persimmon, ha ha. Fortunately, the boiled sugar water has no astringency! Congratulations!
