Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: choose three layers of meat and scrape the skin clean with a knife

Step 2: after cleaning, blanch in water to remove blood foam and impurities

Step 3: cut the blanched meat into 15mm square pieces.

Step 4: put a little oil in the pot and stir fry the meat

Step 5: stir fry until the water evaporates, the meat is a little golden, add rock sugar

Step 6: ginger slices, about 1 minute

Step 7: pour yellow rice wine along the edge of the pot to remove the fishiness.

Step 8: add water about 1200-1500 ml

Step 9: bring the water to a boil and add Li Jinji's Secret braised sauce

Step 10: I put the spoon on the electronic scale. One spoon is 13g. I put less than three spoons. The total is 35g.

Step 11: simmer for 1 hour

Step 12: finally collect the juice.

Step 13: take it out and put it on a plate. The meat is very soft and rotten.

Materials required:

Pork: 350g

Ginger: 10g

Li Jinji's Secret braised sauce: 35g

Rock sugar: 10g

Yellow rice wine: 50g

Note: because my family eat braised meat love sweet taste, so I added rock sugar, don't like sweet, can directly add braised juice can. The sauce tastes good. Even if you don't add anything, the meat tastes good.
