Production steps:
Step 1: thaw the salmon, gently clean the surface with running water, and dry with kitchen paper.

Step 3: cut salmon into small pieces, add 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons cooking wine, 1 teaspoon corn starch, a little pepper, mix well, marinate for a while.
Step 4: heat olive oil in a nonstick pan, saute salmon over medium low heat until golden brown, and set aside.
Step 5: heat a little oil and stir fry the dried vegetables.
Step 6: add soy sauce and a little water (no more than dried vegetables), cover and simmer for 8 minutes.

Salmon: 1 piece (125g)
Dried vegetables: 30g
Cooking wine: 2 teaspoons
Raw soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Salt: right amount
Pepper: right amount
Starch: 1 teaspoon
Note: 1, I use the dried plum dried vegetables, more difficult to cook, and more salty, to soak well in advance, wash 2 times. 2. Because the dried plum vegetables are salty, and the salmon has been salted. In the end, there is no need to add salt, so the taste is enough.
