Introduction:
"Mushroom is a delicious, low calorie, antioxidant healthy vegetable. Today, I used Coprinus comatus and Pleurotus eryngii to make a simple and delicious dish "fried double mushrooms" with olive oil
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the Pleurotus eryngii, divide it into two parts, and cut it into 2cm thickness with a knife.
Step 2: wash the coprinus comatus and cut it into 2cm thick.
Step 3: pour in the right amount of barbecue sauce.
Step 4: add the right amount of black pepper.

Note: barbecue sauce can be replaced by oyster sauce.
